TRUCK ROUTE: Truck deliveries come with a flat rate $15.00 fuel surcharge. ORDERS FOR WEDENSDAY TRUCK DELIVERIES MUST BE IN BY MONDAY 5:00pm. ORDERS FOR THURSDAY TRUCK DELIVERIES MUST BE IN BY TUESDAY 5:00pm

RETURNED CHECKS: There is a $25.00 service charge on all returned checks

RETURNED GOODS: Items returned for credit must be in original packaging and all price tags removed and be in condition for resale. All goods will be subject to a 15% restocking fee unless they result from our mistake in shipping. Additional restocking charges may be assessed if merchandise returned is not in condition described above. All broken rods within the manufacturer warranty period will be replaced with a $5 replacement charge. There is no charge for manufacturer warranty reel replacement.

PAST DUE ACCOUNTS: A Service charge of 1½ % interest per month will be charged if payment does not meet terms of invoice.

PRICES: All items in catalog subject to change without notice.

CREDIT CARDS: There is a 3% service fee when using a credit card for payment on past due balances or special dating invoices.
